Park Place Restaurant
About This Spot
Park Place Restaurant sits quietly on the stretch of NY-96 in Farmington, welcoming visitors with a warmth that feels both familiar and inviting. Walking in, you’re met with the soft hum of casual conversations and the comfortable rhythm of a place where time slows just enough for a relaxed meal and good company. This is a spot where neighbors gather, where the coffee is poured generously, and the pace is unhurried—ideal for mornings that unfold with promise or midday breaks that recharge.
The atmosphere blends a classic diner charm with the comforting vibe of a local gathering place. Soft light filters in, illuminating worn wooden tables and booths that have hosted countless stories over the years. It’s the kind of space where coming alone doesn’t feel lonely, and dropping in with friends feels like a natural part of the day.
The menu here isn’t about chasing trends; it’s about celebrating the familiar done exceptionally well. Whether it’s the rich, buttery hollandaise of an eggs Benedict crafted with care, or the generous, crispy edges of their breakfast sandwich kissed with crispy bacon, every bite feels thoughtfully made. There’s an unspoken generosity in their portions—and the kitchen’s willingness to cater to different tastes, from classic diner staples to heartier, homestyle dinners like a lovingly stuffed pork chop or their well-loved fish fry.
Regulars appreciate that the coffee never runs out—a small but telling detail—and that even a near-last-minute visit is met with kindness, making everyone feel looked after. The menu stretches into the day with comforting choices that suit any appetite, whether you’re winding down after a morning walk or catching up over lunch. Notably, it’s the kind of place where even a simple bowl of oatmeal or a plate of hashbrowns with mushrooms and onions seems like an act of quiet comfort.
Park Place Restaurant embodies the spirit of a relaxed neighborhood spot—easy to miss if you’re rushing by, but well worth lingering over once discovered. It’s where you might unexpectedly run into an old friend, share a laugh with the staff, or simply savor a moment of calm amidst your day. An understated find on the map, it stands as a warm invitation to feel at home, however briefly, in Farmington’s everyday life.

My Dad and I went for breakfast on Christmas Eve. I had the Frittata and he had scrambled eggs and ham. The food was amazing. The service was second to none. Our coffee cups were never empty. Neither of us had ever been there before, but rest assured we will be back many times over!! Thank you and Merry Christmas, Bill and Bob Augustine

I tried this place for the first time. I felt so bad I didn't know they closed at 1:30 and i got there 10 minutes before that. I usually won't go to a place if they are closing. Everyone was so nice about it. I got mozzarella sticks and the special which was a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Everything was delicious. I would definitely go again and this time not right before closing.

As staple of Victor/Farmington residents I always stop here when I’m in town. The breakfast is always delicious, the coffee hot and filled to the brim. They have a great lunch and dinner item menu as well. Just a great neighborhood spot where you’re likely to run into an old friend and have a great meal. Definitely check it out.

Eggs Benedict done right! They have an option with spinach instead of ham, and it's amazing! Their hollandaise sauce is the best I've ever had, anywhere. Can't wait to go back, it's a favorite after this last visit!

Didn’t even know this place existed. Definitely worth a visit if you’re anywhere nearby!

Went for breakfast with a large group this morning. The place was busy but all of the staff were very quick. Cleaning tables, seating new ppl in 5 min or less. Our drinks came very fast. Our orders were taken and I was surprised how fast our food came out being as busy as it was. The food was very good. It was my 1st time here but I do not feel it's my last.

The food was delicious. We ordered breakfast and it came out very quick and hot. There are many options for breakfast and the portion sizes are worth the money. The staff are very nice, attentive and pleasant. The parking lot is a little odd with diagonal parking, but it is easy to figure out. I would definitely come here again
